Returns and Refunds
Due to the inherently personal nature of fragrance products and applicable health and safety considerations, all sales made through VinScentz Fragrance are final. VinScentz Fragrance does not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products under any circumstances, except as expressly set forth in this section.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, VinScentz Fragrance will accept a claim and consider a remedy where a customer receives a product that is demonstrably incorrect as compared to the order placed, genuinely defective at the time of sale, or damaged in transit by the carrier. Such claims must be submitted to VinScentz Fragrance within seven (7) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date and must be accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the issue as received.
Claims submitted outside the seven (7) day window, or without the required photographic documentation, will not be eligible for review. VinScentz Fragrance reserves the right to determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a claim meets the threshold for an approved remedy.
Where a claim is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval, subject to the policies of the relevant payment processor.
