  • VinScentz Fragrance ships orders within the United States. International shipping, where offered, is subject to separate shipping terms disclosed at checkout and is subject to applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees, all of which are the sole responsibility of the buyer. VinScentz Fragrance makes no representation regarding the admissibility of fragrance products into any particular country or jurisdiction.
  • Processing times and estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout for informational purposes only. All such timelines are estimates and do not constitute guarantees of delivery by a specified date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and other factors beyond the control of VinScentz Fragrance.
  • Risk of loss and title to purchased products pass to the buyer upon handover of the shipment to the designated shipping carrier. From that point forward, VinScentz Fragrance bears no responsibility for the safety, condition, or timely delivery of the shipment. VinScentz Fragrance is not liable for delays, loss, damage, theft, or misdelivery caused by or attributable to the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping addresses at the time of order. In the event that a package is returned to VinScentz Fragrance as undeliverable due to an address error or omission by the customer, reshipping fees will apply before the order is resent. VinScentz Fragrance will not be responsible for any loss arising from an inaccurate address provided by the customer.
